What if my box arrives damaged or missing things?

"Please contact us immediately if you find your shipment is damaged or missing items. We will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

What if I have questions about the themed activity day?

"Once you have opened the box, if there are questions regarding the theme, activities, or the instructions- please contact us via email."

How can you confidently deliver brand new ideas every month?

"With our background in early childhood development, we are confident that we have a deep well of new ideas that encourage growth and cover a wide range of interests."

Will the boxes arrive at the same time every month?

"Yes, all boxes ordered by the 20th day of the month preceding will arrive estimated between the 10th and 15thday of the month. Shipping will take place only once per month."

Can I cancel a subscription after one month?

"There is no need to cancel if you are manually ordering each month. If you have signed up for a 3 month subscription and wish to cancel your subscription, we will require notification prior to the 20th of the preceding month."

Do you ship outside of Canada?

"At this time we are only able to ship within Canada."

What if I don’t have time and don’t use the monthly box? Can I return it?

"The nice thing about our boxes is that if you find yourself out of time in the month you receive the box, you can always set it aside and complete two very special activity days in an upcoming month! Themed activity days are rarely time sensitive."
